JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Reached out to potential customers via telephone, email, marketing initiative by social media, in-person inquiries etc.
- Monitored market trends and competitor activities to identify areas of potential opportunities.
- Do appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and services needs before arranging business meetings.
- Demonstrated company’s product and services to potential customers highlighting benefits and advantages according to their needs to encourage purchases.
- To cater client’s requirements, coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and resources for RFP submissions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
- Increase Sales Volume by offering cross-selling, Up-selling and Suggestive selling.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to foster referral business.
- Manage sales pipeline.
- Develop a growth strategy focusing on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, invoices, and payments.
- Maintain certain MIS like Monthly product-wise report, business achieved against target, client-wise report new and existing.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Proven experience in software selling with a product-based IT company.
- Preferably have an understanding of core banking systems, financial technologies, and the fintech landscape.
- Should have a pleasant personality.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients, attend industry events, and participate in conferences as required..
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet sales goals..
- Should have knowledge of MS Office and internet savvy.
PACKAGE: upto 6 LPA CTC.
EXPERIENCE:
1-5 years
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Preferably MBA.
