A good agency saves you two things that hiring usually costs the most: time and risk. We work on industry specific requirements, so we already know the skills and background that actually matter for a role, rather than just matching keywords on a resume. And since every candidate is pre-screened before we send them your way, you skip most of the first round screening and only meet people who are genuinely worth your time.


For junior to mid-level roles, our fee usually works out to 8.33% of the candidate's annual offered CTC. In simple words, that's about one month's salary. Senior or specialised roles can vary a bit, so we always confirm the exact fee with you before we start the search. Nothing hidden.


 We offer a one-time free replacement if the candidate leaves, for any reason, within 90 days of their joining date, for the same position, at no extra cost. We stand behind our placements, not just the day we hand them over to you.


We work across a wide range of different industries, with the deepest experience in technical, operations and niche hiring, including IT, construction, engineering, and manufacturing. Feel free to ask us even if you are unsure whether your industry is a good fit. Most likely, we can assist


 Both. We handle permanent placements as well as contract and temporary staffing, depending on what suits your business at the time. 


Yes. We're based in Ahmedabad, but we regularly work with clients hiring across India, including fully remote teams and companies opening up in new cities. 


Most roles take about two to four weeks from when we start sourcing to when an offer gets accepted. Senior or niche positions can take a little longer simply because good candidates for those roles are harder to find. Either way, we'll give you a realistic timeline before we begin, not an optimistic one.


An in-house HR team means a full time salary, benefits, and training, whether you're actively hiring or not. Outsourcing gets you the same expertise (recruitment, compliance, payroll) without carrying that fixed cost, and you can scale the support up or down as your business changes.


Just a role description (even a rough one is fine), the salary range, and your ideal timeline. We'll sit down on an initial call and sharpen the requirements together before we start sourcing.


Yes. We take care of Provident Fund and Employee State Insurance registration, along with Factory Act, Shop and Establishment, Contract Labour Act, and other Indian labour and employment laws. That includes the monthly filings and the ongoing compliance work, so you're not stuck tracking every change in labour law yourself.
